1. Develop and enhance productivity and employability thru short-term certificate trainings in the area of human resource development, hospitality management and
healthcare services, among others.2. Increase employment eligibilities thru various trade skills development.
3. Establish communication and employment network facilities.
4. Assist the local government in its citizen-building education and values formation goals.
2. Secure a TESDA recognition and accreditation for the planned training courses and training.
3. Work closely with the local government, barangays and Churches for more effective networking.
4. Solicit funding support to strengthen organizational programs and activities.
5.Involve the participation of the senior citizens in various capacities.
